Ok I have a question for all of you guys that have plastidipped things. How are those parts holding up with road travel like I'm planning on plastidipping the mesh pieces in my body kit and I just want to make sure that it isn't gonna chip off as easily as paint I know you can peal plastidip off but i didn't know if they was only able to be done before it dries or if it can be done at any time.

I would say it's very durable perhaps more so than paint in some regards (chip resistance for one example). I did the lower part of my front bumper and with about 5k of driving on the freeways and streets here, it looks as good as the day I applied. Most people who don't know better think the black is oem (I was careful to mask properly and make sure the lines were as perfect as I could make it) which is exactly what my goal was.

Well my mesh parts come right off so I don't need any masking

I'd say you'll be fine and it'll hold up well...I actually did my front grill too (I masked the painted area but I suppose I could have popped it out as well) and it looks just as good. I was careful to do lighter coats on the mesh as I was concerned about drips and an even spray compared to a solid piece like a bumper.

The cheapest I could find the paint was for $64.00 a quart. I'd have to get a spray gun (cheapy $99.00)and a compressor (cheapy $149.00)to do it myself. The only other way is rattlecan, but that is $20.00 a can for that. I looked at the receipt finally today to see if I could determine the actual amount for the bumper and it wasn't broken down like that, cause I had the bumper and fenders painted at the same time.

Total price was $604.96 for all, so I really don't think that I got screwed, if I find a painter that can do it cheaper with a two year warranty then by all means I will go cheaper.

Dipped 2 of my 6-spokes. Need tires for the other two.

Not quite happy with them, but they have the 5+ ft look.
Need to redo them and not rush it.
Here is the better of the two.

Daniel I saw them in person and they looked pretty good, quit stressing about it. ;)

And my plastidip on my gas door is still in as good of shape as when I first put it on there.
