The absolute only thing I ordered out of that TSB is the AD1094 bearings at a cost of $12.97 apiece. I will gladly make a how-to thread, though it won't be available until next weekend. If my service dept calls me back then I will attempt to do a drug-deal to get the correct torque specs.

Still waiting for them to call telling me the parts are in. I did drive one of the dealerships fleet vehicles that was a Focus while mine was getting looked at. It had DRL and no clunking noise.

I just put 800+ miles on this weekend that included some bad city roads...and still clunk-free. I could get used to this.

Well, for anyone looking to do their own repair, the strut bearings are on backorder with an ETA of 9/15.
