Just got a call back and they ordered a spring and bearing for the driver side but they are on BO. That's the only place that I heard the noise coming from so hopefully the passenger side is fine...for now.

they only changed the one on the drivers side on mine ,, worked great for about a week. LOL, I am to fed up with them for now to bring it back. When I do, it back it will be the 5th or 6th time for the same issue.

Did they do the latest tsb 12-6-17?

I actually got to talk to the Tech who is going to be working on my car. He said he's done a handful of the cars with similar issues and out of all of them he has fixed, no one has come back complaining the noise is back. He went into depth with me on "what the newest fix" is in regards to the parts (pertaining to the tsb I would suspect, obviously). It was pretty cool actually and calming to know how much he was willing to help per say and share that info with me since he is going to be working on my car when the parts come in!

When I asked what exactly they were replacing I was told it was the parts that 12-6-17 TSB called for. Kinda odd that they are just doing the one side but being as it's only making noise from the drivers side I guess it's fine and hopefully the passenger side stays quiet.
