Does anyone know if these clunks are a safety concern or just noises ... Mine has been doing it since 1000 miles and is worse now at 5200 miles and its just under a year old. I did bring it when it started by i got the standard " its normal and no trouble found". I even drove with the service tech over some pretty crappy Mass roads and could not duplicate which is always the case. I am hearing it more often then before up to speeds about 30 mph. Just wanna know is it something i should be worried about or is safe to still drive ... Also thinking i might try bringing it in to another dealer in the area .. Are there tsb's or recalls on this. That anyone knows about...

i have had the noise in mine since about 1500 miles and a dealer was throwing parts at it to fix it... but then that dealer closed and the new one said "Normal for the car" WTF???? now at 32000 miles still going and still making noise, I dont think safety problem just annoyance.. I wish FORD would PULL their HEAD out of their A55 and fix the damn thing, but Im still not trading it in for a NOISE....

My dealer replaced the bump stops and boots and lubricated the bump stops. It's only been a week but the car appears to be quiet. I'll keep you guys updated if anything changes.

To me the noise has not taken the fun out of the car... I still enjoy my FF and love the FUN it gives me. Noise or No Noise, I still love the car.

O i still love the car. , looks , ride, and power and all its toys. Just wish that i could drive sometimes and listen to car , and not hear the clunks/ popping noises.. The noises Are the sounds of a 100,000 mile car nit one with ony 5200 mies on it.. I just hope ey can get to the bottom of the issue.
