TSB 13-03-02 has been issued to address the problem.
Because this TSB is only a few days old, can you post the specific details of it?

Yes please, I spoke with my advisor and he informed me that Ford sent a long list of suspension parts they wanted to be replaced on my vehicle. I'm curious I this is per the TSB.

I called my local dealer and they told me about the parts to change, I just need to bring it in so they can verify the noise (yet again). then they will order the parts.

This sounds like the old Tsb that changed the springs and strut bearings. It does not work. It's for a totally different problem. That Tsb is for noises you get when when turning. The test they perform after the job is to find smooth pavement and do figure 8 turns. Totally unrelated to the slow speed clunk/rattle that ford does not address. This has been going on for a year and a half with no resolution.

I don't have any details on this TSB. Only what I've provided. All I can say is it's a TSB dated March 2nd 2013. Lipshurt I don't know anything about the TSB you're refering to, but this one specifically says "bump". If I had the issue I'd sure be contacting my dealer.

Do you know what the parts are? Do you have the TI handling package?

Not sure which parts, but they said something like the Strut Bearing , upper nut, and bolt on the spindle.. not totally sure till I go in and get a copy of it. I have 2012 SE Sport package, so not quite the TI handling package but close

Well, this is disconcerting.

See TSB: 13-03-02 for details. 13-03-02

[. . . ]

5710 - 2013 Fiesta - Grind or Scraping Noise From Automatic Transmission
Some 2013 Fiesta vehicles equiped with a DPS6 transmission may exhibit a grinding or scraping noise during light acceleration or coast down between 50 - 20 MPH, in cold ambient temperatures. Engineering is aware of the concern and is currently working on a resolution. Do not replace the clutch or transmission for this condition as this will not impact the symptom. Please submit a Global Concern Report (GCR) for the concern. To complete a GCR, start an OASIS session from the PTS website using the VIN, click report a vehicle concern link at the bottom of the OASIS page, select report entry, and complete the form. Monitor OASIS for future communications updates.
Granted this is for a Fiesta, Ford is telling dealers not to replace clutches. Ugh.

But sorry - no more information on the parts replaced for this yet.

Why would you want your clutch replaced if it doesn't correct the issue?
