Thanks.
Oh no.......what did we do to poor ole Thomas. Must have scared him off. So far, no one can help with our problem. What are you going to do Crystal except be another "liaison" to CSM to our dealer then back to our CSM after our clunk returns then back to the CSM who says that they can replace the springs again, blah blah blah. It would be great if Ford would just step up, and not send you little pawns to deal with the unhappy owners.

For the record, and to stay on topic, either I never truly had "the clunk" and instead had another noise or the new parts on my passenger side did not do shit... Coilovers planned for Spring. Thanks for trying TSB...

I will photo document the procedure if the noise returns and I'll create a new thread.
I didn't bother with documenting this because I didn't think it would actually work.

I had the TSB done on Thursday and the clunk seems to be gone (for now). They also did the TSB for the transmission and that seemed to solve the stuttering transmission issue. How many more issues need to show up before Ford realizes they have a problem with this car?

Had the TSB done on Tuesday. Could definitely tell it was better. Slowly but surely the sound seems to be coming back. :(

They do know, or the TSB's wouldn't be there ... but for the strut, it seems like the TSB isn't enough since it has come back for some. I think the transmission TSB was great, but that's not for this thread

Went back to dealer as noise is back, they didnt even road test but just heard from outside while I was turning the steering wheel, dealer basically said we can order the TSB parts again...
Well, considering they didnt do the trick, noise is back and they ARE SOFTER and surely didnt last nearly as long as the original parts (had 10k miles on original setup, took less than 2k miles with TSB parts to go bad..) -btw original parts still being used on all new ones) I asked they put on the original ones instead... Of course the dealer didnt want to be part in this... So although I asked them to inquire with Ford what is the difference what/how is revised w TSB and also that I request the normal parts that Ford useswith new build anyway they basically said ok.. you call Ford and let us know what they tell you...
Ford?? Hello, could you advise thank you
