Weight lifters :)
Just seeing who out there is into lifting or amateur body building. Seeing what the stats are. I started out about 2 years ago and was 135lbs when I began. Im only 5'7 in height but I was really skinny.
My best bench as of 6 months ago was 335 and my best squat was 410 at 6 reps. Thats some of the strong points but currently my weight has been sitting steady at 170. Im trying to put on some more but it's been a slow painful process as of late. My supplements when I lift include a prework out drink that is Jack3d. Immediatly after I use rebuilt mass by beyond raw, and then a second shake later in the evening around 7 or so. I also take mega men sport multi vitamins. These 3 things when I started them really helped me push further than I was before. My routine is only 3 days a week but I work every muscle group in those 3 days until exhaustion. On the first day I tend to work my back and biceps, usually changing things up and working until exhaustion. Never working the same exercise week after week. The second day is chest and triceps, and my third day which is the hardest is my legs and then shoulders. |

I just started lifting again after taking several months off..... I use to work out with 405 on my bench..... now it would break my arms off....LOL
Last year I was trying to get back into the swing of things and was doing clean and jerks at 275lbs when I pulled my brachiallis in my forearm.... needless to say it put the brakes on hard when that happened.

I pretty much have the same issue, I'm very thin, whenever I start working out, I get a really good initial outcome. And then I quickly plateau and its just like nothing else happens. I can't afford fancy supplements, although I was using cheap protein powder last time.
Eventually, every time, I get frustrated and stop trying. I just moved to an apartment that offers free membership to Coops Health and Fitness, so I might use the money I would be paying for the membership, for a trainer.

Sounds like you got some great strength for your size. Jack3d scares the shit out of me personally. I think of it as meth lite. Make sure you cycle that shit

need some advice here
i have slacked for the last few months. I guess partying after graduating high school got the best of me. I have gained 15 pounds over the last 2 months and havent even been to the gym... I use to be pretty fit for age and size. bench max was 265, squat was 365, and dead lift was 285 (I think?). Well im just starting to get back into things and wanna know if the plan i have constructed is a good one info Age: 18 Height: 5'7" weight: 165lbs Goal: gain muscle, lose some fat, and better cardio. Routine: Mon- chest/triceps. tues- back/biceps. thursday- legs. friday- shoulders/abs also work in cardio and abs everyday i work out. I like to do high weight low reps. usually 4 sets-6 reps. i like to change things up every week so im not doing the same workouts. suppliments: optimum nutrition %100 whey protein NOexplode Scivation extend BCAA omega3 pills multivitamin Suggestions? feedback?

As far as the routine goes I would swap thursday and friday.... that way your shoulders/tris have enough time to recoup for chest day on monday.
As far as supplements... I really never used to many (legal ones) but yours seem to be about what I would use when I used them.
