I think you have been the first one who has not like the lunch box delete, which muffler did you end up putting on the car?

It was just an off-the-shelf muffler. I should have checked out the you tube videos. I really prefer a quieter sound. I'll just live with the tip, wheels/tires, springs, sway and eventual intake.

Thanks but the point is moot. I'm certainly not going to try again. I went to a speed shop a few years ago to do a custom dual exhaust on my Lexus IS300. Perhaps down the road I can go back to them and look into the Borla muffler (#40477) and have them do a dual-exhaust "look". We'll see.

I still cant tell if I like it or not lol. Dunno if I'd want to listen to it driving around 140 miles to and from work everyday....Ill wait for the indy guys to get together and go from there

It's really not that bad while driving. The recording makes it sound louder lol

but if you can hear someone else's that's best for you. When I did it I was the Guinea Pig :-)

When cruising between 55-85, with the cruise set ya hardly hear anything. Its actually a pretty relaxing sound

Im debating whether to do the rear lunch box delete or adding the borla muffler. I am leaning towards adding the borla muffler because of the dual exits, but it will cost around $500. Can anyone weigh in on this?
