Updates....

Finally what my fuel rail has been made to use all these years; a return style setup. The Focus does not have one OEM.



New fuel tank in with Top Speed's dual fuel pump hanger with 2 Walbro 255s. Needed some connectors to work with the SVT wiring.



Because of the ATX, the dump-pipe had to be modded a bit.



My current intake manifold is angled higher than what this kit was originally on. The cold pipe hits under the headlighht, etc.



Jim once again chops the pipes and rewelds. As some one said on FB, "Robot welds made by a human.....down right nasty!"



....and after the fix.

It's actually fiber glass, just in case you didn't know I plan on having the center inside cut out to make it functional one day.

Some updates.

Close up of the DGR suspension custom anodized blue, with the EBC Dimpled & Wide Slot sport rotor. Unfortunately I need to use a 324-5mm rotor anyways.



A great shot of the intercooler. Sadly the pipes may need to be cut up and repositioned to allow the RS bumper to fit.



Turns out the intercooler sits too low. Jim quickly fabbed up a whole new crash bar. Jim says he had fun taking the OEM crash bar off.



She stopped by Ford today to get the ECU flashed with the ignition and keys; better known as programming PATS. Gassed up, Fluids filled, probable bad sensor.....So close!
