Yea, I had one on the front passengers side near the pillar. Dealer was able to get it out. Then someone rode in the back for the first time and noticed one near the molding at the top on the driver's side. Took it in for the MFT update and dealer could not get that one out. I'm gonna wait until the end of the year and see if any more show up and consider getting the dealer to replace it. Don't want to do this multiple times.....

Here is a photo of the spot on my headliner. Not sure if this is the same as others have, but it is getting replaced. It did not photograph that well. It looks a little yellowish in person and disappears under a white LED flashlight.

I am also having an issue with the adhesive releasing around the sunroof. Not sure which issues or both were not repairable and required replacement, but the dealer ordered one.

Mine is in the shop right now getting the headliner replace, for the failed adheasive around the moonroof, causing a rattle.

Just a word of caution, I about died to see they had to take the seats, passenger front door, console, rear decklid trim, A pillar trim, B pillar trim off to get the headliner replaced. I am not expecting it to be put back together properly and probably will have more squeaks and rattles than I started with.

Do you think it's worth it? I have a stain right next to my dome light as well as the rattling problem. I feel like my dealer might tell me to "Shove it."

It's your right to get it replaced, you just have to decide if it's worth your car getting torn apart for it.

I don't have any new rattles or anything. I checked EVERYTHING before leaving. There was a scratch on the driver side door, probably from the key when opening the door. It's not in the paint so nothing really worth throwing a fit over. Everything else was great. Oh and I had them to the MFT update and now only my drivers window goes up/down automatically. I tried following some guides on this site to fix with no success.

All depends on the quality of work of the technician how well it's put back together.

On the windows, look in the owners manual to recalibrate them. I beleve you hold them all down, then hold them all up for the full movement of the window.

Well, I was just told this morning that my door sill was scratched by carelessness of the technician putting the seats back in the car. Its staying there today to get detailed, as the headliner has handprints from installation. I won't get to see how bad the damage is until I pick it up from work tonight.

Ford is sure keeping the poor customer service train running!

It's so, so frustrating when someone like me takes so much care of my car, and I leave it in the hands of others and EVERY time something gets screwed up.
