Hey everybody I'm Duncan. Just joined ff and wanted to introduce myself. I recently bought a 2002 svt focus and have used you guys for all my info from fixes to specs and its helped out a lot . So thank you all

Does anyone here have meets set up on certain days? Have not been to a car meet in some time now

houston has monthly meets, which now that i think about it, we haven't even begun planning this month's. there are the monday night meets which are currently on hold until they find a new location. etc etc. there is almost always something going on. pick a night and i can find something for you :P

first off

Second you have joined into possibly the most active area in the country for Focus Fanatics. We have monthly meets that we attend here in the houston area, as well as some of the surrounding areas. We aren't sure when or where the next meet will be but check back often for the details.

We were attending the Monday Night Rice Killer meets until they were postponed, but we will be going back as soon as they start up again.

Thanks for the info and a warm welcome..... since my better half was in school full time I never had the coin or the time for anything car related.... kinda depressing... lol but now she's out and working so that's when I bought the svt .... so if theres ever anything going down let me know .... don't have many gear head friends

well most of us are wannabe gear heads, LOL, but seriously between all of us we can strip and repair just about anything on a focus.

We should know what we are doing for a meet soon as Patt Ray and myself need to talk about where and when, just keep checking back. ^_^

Definitely welcome to the forum. And congrats on your SVT Focus purchased. It may not be the fastest out there, but it definitely has a nice styling and can take corners quite well ... and of course comfy for the family.

Like Justin (VonKrause) stated, we will have meet information in the next couple of days.

Look forward to having you join in the meeting fun. Also, if you ever need mechanical help, with the best of our abilities, we do indeed have install meets ... happens often, lol.
