My 07 2.0 has 57k on it and the only problem I've had with the motor is the pos power steering pump going out. I get parts for cost at the shop so I got an oem ford replacement. Been good for the last 10k.

I had to replace the pump at roughly 57k miles as well, but the previous owner had some fluid other than ATF in the system and a leaky rack when I bought it, so that may have contributed to pump failure (groaning).
