What neat tricks and tips have you've found since owning?

WELL, THERE ARE! They are on the sides of the trunk rather than on the back of the seats where I am used to seeing them! My Ti hatch has 2 hooks on both sides! Awesome!

and found out that in each door is a manual locking feature, you insert you key by backoff the door to lock the doors. and in the rear doors you can set them up to have a child lock feature! pretty nifty!

They're really well-designed too. I've seen plenty of these over the years in various rental cars, and most are designed for some species with which I am unfamiliar. The typical sequence goes something like:

1) Grab the handle and pull down.
2) Stop before closing because your wrist is fully hinged and about to break and/or the lower edge of the hatch is pressed uncomfortably against your forearm.
3) Grab some part of the filthy outer surface of the hatch and finish the operation, thereby defeating the purpose of the handle.

Even if they are (I don't have the net so I don't know) they still make great grocery bag holders!

Try pulling the hatch handle down with one hand then with the palm of your other hand push down on the Ford badge closing the hatch. This way you would be wiping your hands on the freshly waxed or washed car.

I guess I can't call something a tip or trick if I don't know what it is.

Firstly, this is most probably something only in the hatch.

On the right side of the inside of the hatch, there is a round black "post" sticking out. It is only on the right side. I don't see anything in the manual about it. Could be used as a tie-down I guess, but since it is only on the right side, I have no idea.

It is probably something really obvious, but I'm drawing a blank.

just a guess...but maybe it's the sirius satellite antenna?

It could be a mounting point for the subwoofer.

That a christmas tree type push pin that wasn't fully seated - it holds the trim in place. Give it a hard push to seat it fully.
