Like I said, this is definitely not unique to gtncpa. Hence the thread to program it to not shut off or honk. While it may not be pertinent to the current models, those of us with earlier versions of the remote start (seperate fob) will need to do this if they want the car to remain running and not honk. Fwiw, this is much easier to do with a second person and it may take a couple of shots to get it right.

Anyways, here's the link (start at post #73)-

here's one - i noticed the Rear Camera Delay setting this weekend. from the manual:

Quote:
When shifting the transmission out of R (Reverse) and into any gear other than P (Park), the camera image remains in the display until the vehicle speed reaches 6 mph (10 km/h). This occurs when the rear camera delay feature is on, or until a radio button is selected.
and - pulling into my garage is a bit tight (due to varying junk i have in there).

so now when i pull into my garage, instead of going D straight to P, i pause on R which turns on the camera. i can see pretty well if the back of my car will clear the door or not. if not, i can go from R->D and creep forward without the camera turning off until i know i'm clear.

I like how the seatbelt reminder doesn't ring if you aren't moving so if you remove the belt in say a fast food line you don't have that chirping til you are moving again.

My seatbelt chime doesn't come on on the drivers side, just when a passenger is in the car, I always wear it though.

I am quite sure something is wrong because mine does.

might not be a problem, could be a setting. if it's like the MK1, there is a sequence to disable the seat-belt chime. not all states require seat belt use (e.g. in NH, if you're over 18, it's optional)
