Can anyone identify this part?

Here's the album (3 images):

I got a 2003 focus.
It's a 2ft long piece of plastic. I left my grandparents house the other day and they found this on the ground. Don't want to bring it to a mechanic because it seems like something I can just order and screw on.

It's called the lower sheild #8. About $20.00+ shipping. Online from dealer. More if you buy direct ( walk in ). I use tascaparts.com because they're close to me.

If you need to replace it you are also going to have to buy the side splash shields as well, judging by where your clips are, it appears they still have the pieces of the 2 side shields attached

Yeah that's it. ABFORDGUY is correct. Your side pieces are broken too. I couldn't find them on the site you used.
#'s 12 & 13

Alright, thanks guys. I appreciate this a lot.

Oh and I'm assuming this would be the side shields as well? http://www.carpartswholesale.com/v5/...f2221061spsh03

No, those are for the fender well over the tires. Check the pic I posted above. 12 & 13 are what you need. Another $18.00 each.

Hm, I can't seem to find the side shields anywhere online. Could someone point me to the right link?
