WTB 04 intake manifold couplers

Any info on where I can find these besides a Ford dealership? Ford says they are no longer available and I would have to buy entire manifold for several hundred dollars.

SVT manifold couplers

Yes the rubber couplers that attach manifold to engine. Took car to Ford for timing belt and the mechanic decided that since the couplers were an area of concern ( according to Ford ) to take a look at them. Since there has been a small amount of melting on them I now need new ones as it's almost impossible to realign them as they were.
