I use photoshop. If you aren't that advanced, try a website -

I also use photoshop.

First I reduce the width to match the 800 pixel size while constraining proportions so the shape maintains.
Then I use the crop resize for the height so it's 378 pixels high.
Done.

Photoshop is by far the best option, but if you want a free editing program, try Picasa. It work very well for a freebie.

The picture dimensions are 800x378.

Just want to say 'continued thanks' to everyone posting pictures out here. Love everything about my car, but changing the wallpaper is tons of fun and the expression on people's faces when they see some of these things is priceless.

Was going down the road the other day with my 6 year old son in the back when someone in a Honda did a little something to make me swerve, so I yelled out "He's going down" and flipped up the "missle" screen and was asking my son if he wanted me to blow him up. He was first a little hestiant and I could tell he was studying the screen, then he said "Do it!". I backed off a little telling him Ford only gives me one missle so I needed to be careful when I used it.

Just love messin' with people's heads.
