I don't see why you couldn't, but be aware that the Focus visors are pretty small and lighted mirrors from a separate model likely won't fit the headliner.

You might be able to use the Euro MK1 vanity lights, they go into the headliner.

I figured they might not fit, I am just trying to find a way to add the lights to the visors.

What do you mean "go into the headliner?"

This is mine with LED bulbs, I got them for $12 shipped from Ebay UK.

00-11 have the same visors. Technically I'm supposed to have the EDM visors with the sliding mirror cover instead of the flip up style. I can see myself just fine, although I use them more for utility lights. I offset the lights from "stock" position so that the switch rests on the visor instead of cover, if that makes any sense.

Plus the Euro MK2 had flip covers and the exact same vanity lights, so the flip up covers really don't block any light.

Here's some more info about them...

No, what I posted are the true factory OEM vanity lights for the Focus. It just wasn't offered in the U.S.

Here's an example on eBay...
