For pulley's on the JR M62 the BBK 3.1" blower pulley and stock crank pulley peaks at around 10 psi on a zetec.

Glad to see you got it all fitted together in a pretty short timeframe; just gotta get the finish work done now.

I am thinking about running a 5.7" OD pulley and keeping the 2.85" sc pulley on there and see where that will put me. I would like to see 10 psi, but not necessarily redline it every time in order to see it.

Yeah I am gonna call it quits on it for now. Since I can't get it running before next weekend, I'll just wait till I have the manifold off to match everything up. That will make things so much easier.

those pulleys will put your blower spinning at around 13 500rpm at a 6750rpm redline. Cant say what the pressure would be like but it should make over 10psi; my guess would be 12-13 peak.

So I need some input. What kind of clutch should I look for? I want it to be streetable, but handle plenty of power, yet I don't need to spool. So I'm not quite sure what I am looking for.

Been thinking about this one if Karl still has it. Really good price.

Also valves, springs, and pistons. I am debating on keeping the SVT pistons and saving the cash. And valves, I don't really know what to look for especially since I am increasing compression.

well, you know alot of the info. the pistons will work for you. but if you deck the head enough and run large enough cams, you will run into the problem of an interference engine. as for the clutch, the spec 3+, clutchmasters stage 4, etc. they will all hold just fine.

and i don't think karl has those anymore

I am sticking with my stock cams. I am wondering about valves. Stay stock or go larger. And any interference problems with a decked head?

And you really think I need that strong of a clutch? I was thinking about the Exedy stage 2 clutch from Fswerks. Its a pretty good price.

Edit: So are the stage 3 and 4 from Jay Racing.

well, i'm pretty sure their power numbers are rated at the crank, not Flywheel. i'd just go w/ a CM4, they have been proven. if you don't run super large cams, you can deck the head and it shouldn't be interference. "shouldn't be"

Think I have decided to keep the stock valvetrain. From what I've read, I won't really need to upgrade.

I'll keep an eye on the BST section for a clutch for now.
