Yeah, have you seen how Lee drives?

You say grandma mode, but every time you go WOT it kills mpg's. Racing up to stoplights and so on kill mpg's. The biggest factor in nearly every mpg complaint thread is that right foot. If you're consistently getting low mpg's, check tire pressure, air filter, spark plugs, oil, etc... All regular maintenance stuff.

For you svt guys, when your intake runners switch, your using more fuel.

lol thanks for the tips, I just dont like the feeling of driving around 40 mph in 6th gear because it feels like its about to stall and if theres a little hill in the road it feels better to drop a gear rather than mashing the pedal down more in the same gear. Now that there is no longer any snow I could probably start coasting to lights rather than downshifting

Maybe we got the ones bad on gas. So ours are more rare since most others are getting like 30 mpg

I haven't driven an svt in years, so i wouldn't know, but you could try a tank in 5th then another tank in 6th & see if it makes any bit of difference. Also if you plan ahead for the hill & accelerate a little before it you shouldn't need to mash the gas

So I picked this up last weekend...

2008 Bullitt #5389. Already has an upgraded rear sway bar and drop links, and I picked up a set of Steeda upper and lower control arms as well. It's pretty boss...

Thanks; I love the color, too. I still have SVT #2370, and my Roush Cougar.

The Roush will still be my autocross car; I think the Bullitt has too much horsepower to have any fun on the Columbus Motor Speedway course. It's really not a power course over there, and the Cougar is all about the corners.

Besides, it will probably take me a few years to even figure out how to drive the thing! I mean, it's one thing to go from front-drive to rear-drive, and all the adjustments that entails. It's quite another to go from 200 horsepower to the front, to 315 horsepower to the rear, and expect to be able to drive it well at all
