Yea, I was in the same boat I had to take it to a buddies house and get help it took three of us about 4 hours give or take. I broke a bolt on the rear arm too that didn't help at all. I think the front was the easiest if you can get the pinch bolt out we had to PB blast soak over night then use a 4 foot cheater bar to brake the bolt loose then we just used a air ratchet to finish it out. It took three of us to wrestle the new springs into place one to hold the shock up right, one to hold the spring center and another to bolt the top plate down. The rears I've seen several different ways of doing it we figured how to do it with out unbolting the bottom arm at all but again it took three of us but it was easy once we figured it out. Ok so yea it's kinda hard lol.
I can do a write up on how to remove the rears without unbolting anything except the rear shock but it'll take me a couple days I don't have time now it's kinda hard to explain in words.
