I've got some SVT rear springs w/ ~45k on them.

my sisters rear springs are both broken, she just has a stock focus. i'll talk to her and find out what she wants to do. how much would you want for everything devin? i'm a little hesitant to even work on the suspension of the car though. it's an 01 with 130k... read : pile of rusted crap! rear lower control arms are worrying me.

With some PB blaster, some bolt extractor sockets, and a little patience, it shouldn't be too bad.

I've got the whole setup, just let me know. It's been sittin in my basement ever since the SVT Setup got put on.

Take it from me I know from experiance! Don't unbolt the lower arm. Get a couple buddies together jack the car up take the wheel off, put the car on jack stands. Place the jack under the arm and jack the wheel assembly up to compress the spring. Take a wire hanger or something simular and wrap the wire twice around the three or four explosed coils and tie it off to keep its shape lower the jack and pull it out. unbolt the rear shock only. Use a giant pry bar the bigger the better. We used a 4 footer. place the bar under the chassis a pry down on the whole wheel and arm assembly get another pry bar and place it between coils to get to the bottom coil and simply pop it out. It only need another half inch to pop out no worries of it flying any where I was on the ground under the car guiding it out as my two friends was prying. After you get it out, having your friend again pry down on the wheel assembly place the bottom of the new spring into the bottom spring pocket and push down on the second or thrid coil and push it into place into the top pocket. You may half to wrestle the coil pass the bolt in the top pocket make sure it is seated properly and release the prying. Simply jack the suspension/ rear shock back up and rebolt the shock your done. Took us 15 mins per side.

Heres what happend when I soaked the bolt in PB blaster for a week on a 2002 with about 140,XXX + miles. The bolt snaped like a twig. I was at a friends house 4.5 hours away from mine without a ride or any extra cash. Plus I needed to be at work the next day and I couldn't drive the car that way so he trailered the car a half hour to another friends house to have the bolt welded up so we could get it home, worked like a charm.

It's your choice what you do and if done right my way is safe and very easy. I wished we tried it first.
