I've ordered mine and looking up the VIN in www.etis.ford.com it shows " Engine Cover - Under Hood" in expansion for minor features. Wonder if I can use that to push for a free one if it doesn't come with it?!?

Yep, it isn't going to improve gas mileage, performance or handling and I'm probably the only one who will ever see it. You are right though, I do like it and think it's an improvement to the engine compartment.

My cover and short stud came in today, looks like a few more days for the long ones to come in. I wont rub it in and tell everyone what it cost me working in ford parts but ironically fords remarks on the studs being backordered were "demand far exceeds expected forecast" Nice..

Just got my Titanium last night! Didn't have the engine cover but got the dealer to order that as part of the deal. I like the clean lines that it adds to the engine. Previous car had it and this one looks incomplete without it!
