Xcalibrator2 Programmer

if i buy a used sct Xcalibrator2 Programmer can i use it to have a tune put in my car? and how would i go about it?

The X2 cannot program a 2010 Focus.

Depends on the vehicle but for the focus 2007 is the last year.
