This is how the drivers mat looks of my brand new, out of the box, Husky Liners looks (not been placed in car yet as its in the shop):-
When I emailed the retailer and sent them pictures of the marks and creasing , their reply was: This appears to be a situation where the liner was either scuffed by a glove during the trimming process or by the box during the packaging or shipping process. Either way, this scuffing should wipe away fairly easily with windex and a clean rag. The pictures are after cleaning them as suggested. |

I mean they must be a good product since they have a lifetime warranty, no?

I got them from www.kbcarstuff.com and even though their address is in Ontario, the Huskys shipped direct from the manufacturer and so I got charged $20 from customs (tax and handling costs - even though Id already paid tax! - still awaiting news about that from retailer as well). So my concern is even if they agree to replace them i will end up even more out of pocket! And I also thought that with the lifetime warranty and the great reviews that they would be a good product. They are more `plasticy` than I imagined and the creasing and scratches are disappointing, but if they protect the carpets as well as people say, I still want to try them. I have a set of Michelin mats from Canadian Tire in at the moment that are good mats and actually fit well but they dont protect the dead pedal area and that was one of the main appeals to me about the Husky liners. |

And I bought my husky liners at a local part source, so I can go right back there with them

As long as they do what they're supposed to (protect the carpet) I'll continue to endorse them and give them a They did collect an entire water bottle from one of my boys in the back seat. Not a drop on the carpet. I call that winning!
