Thanks for the info. My fingers are crossed that I can isolate and eliminate these rattles. I fully plan on driving this car for a full 5 years and I don't want to battle incessant rattles the whole time.

I've got a rattle in my passenger side door. My dealer fixed it and it came back. I haven't been able to get it back to them to resolve it again, I'm curious though, does anyone have a diagram with instructions to take a door apart and put it bak together so I don't break anything? I'd google it but I'm at work, haven't got the time to hunt. Thanks!

No problem. I already had them bookmarked for when I decide to fix my own rattles.

Headliner rattle and passenger side door rattle have both been resolved. I still have an intermittent rattle coming from either the steering wheel column or to the immediate right by the a/c vent. I can't tell where exactly and I'm not sure how to isolate it. The rattle is not consistent, but it sounds like a piece of plastic is lose and is shaking/hitting against something.
