Press MENU (At top center)

Press CLOCK (from the list of options on the left)

This screen lets you select "Time" "Date" or "OFF"

Along with a couple other options such as Time format & daylight savings.

Hope this helps..

Hi,

I want to let everyone know our In-Vehicle Technology Team is working on a software update. I do not have any information on when it will be released, but I will keep let you know when I have more information. In the meantime, for any specific issues, the In-Vehicle Technology Team is available at 800-392-3673 (option 1 then 3). They will work with you to troubleshoot any concerns. You can also view tips on SYNCMyRide.com.

Cappa: Did this work? It is a real pain to get under the dash and pull both fuses. Had my first black screen last night, and did the fuses, it worked, but disconnecting the negative battery cable for 30 seconds would be so much easier, until the update comes to the dealer in July.

Nope, neither the fuse nor cable worked for me took it to my dealer and they had to replace the APIM module.

When I went home at lunch, and looked at the battery, I am not sure which one would be easier. They placed the negative post at the back end and it is not so easy to get to.

I have had the same issue myself several times. I can't believe that Ford would roll out a system that works so poorly and then ask their owners to start pulling fuses and disconnecting batteries. This is shameful!

Fijiman -

The fuse pull is a temporary solution until the update is available.

The update is expected to be released by the end of the month! Once I have an exact date I'll post to let everyone know it's available.

Sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
