We had a bit of rain today and sure enough. There was water standing in my doors. I didnt take pictures but if I were to right now. You could see the filth left behind in the sills since I haven't cleaned them yet. Any help would be nice. Thx
Hi memphiscbrider,

I want to get your regional customer service manager involved so they can get this issue addressed promptly. To do so, please send me a PM with your VIN, dealer, mileage, daytime phone number, and full name. I'm on the case!

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns,
Crystal

I live in the desert, so it wasn't until yesterday I noticed the same problem. This is looking like a more widespread problem.

Has anyone had any success with Dealer resolution?

I don't think it is isolated to a single side either. Maybe just the rear doors, but not one side. Mine happens to be on the driver side (if I remember right). I've seen others complaining about the passenger side too. It seems to possibly be an installation issue in that the rubber/cushion the door meets when closed covers up the drain hole. Either that, or just bad engineering and QC.
