ICE quandry

If any of you are confident in your car audio knowledge...

I currently run a pair of Kenwood Excelon 12s in a sealed box, in 1.25cu ft each, at a 2ohm final impedance. Feeding with a 900 watt RMS Phoenix Gold mono-block.

I want to upgrade but for 3 wks I've been stuck between these 4 subs.
I'm really leaning toward the GCON right now. I intend to stay with a pair of 12s in 1.58cu ft each, sealed (approximately 38hz). I've gone over and over, back and forth. Really could use some input. I'm also upgrading to about 1800wts RMS monoblock.

fi Audio X12

SSA GCON 12

Sundown Audio SA 12

Fosgate Punch3 12

So your saying you want to stay with a sealed box?

Why downfire?

Do you want SPL or SQ?

I figured sealed downfire to save trunk space and so that he could put stuff on top of the box with out damaging the speakers.

Downfire to save my hatch and to blend my box into my dark interior, so I can remove the screen and with my tinted windows nothing will be seen. I already have almost two full boxes (10 sheets 12"x12" each) of butyl sound deadener on the hatch, and it still rattles like its not there.

Pretty torn between the Punch 3s - huge company, great reputation for product AND customer service.
Or the GCONs - 100% American made, 3" voice coils.
I listen to a lot of older, mostly southern rap.
I kind of want the cleanest sound pressure. Have my cake and it too. I don't really care what the guy two blocks away can hear, but inside my car I want huge, deep, big bass.
