DCT PowerShift and MFT issues may change this view. Time will tell, I am not 100% sure I would get another Ford at this time, all depends if my DCT issues go away magically on their own or Ford fesses up and fixes it.

I am Ford loyal. I a 63 now, and have always driven a Ford.. Even when they were a total POS. LOL.

I had initial issues with the DCT in my SE Sport but now it runs smooth as butter. I hope the same happens with your car. MFT still has "quirks" but nothing fatal for me. I am keeping my fingers crossed with your car.

I just like Ford in general. Back in 2000, when the WS6 Trans am had t-tops, a 6 spd manual and a 320 horse 5.7L V8, I would had preferred that over the 260 horse Mustang GT (But Z plan made that too good of a deal to pass up) Now a days, even though I can only get D plan, I still like pretty much all the Fords right now (especially the mustang and Fofo)

I have more reasons than just brand loyalty for buying Fords, but I find that many of the new models are quite attractive and I would be shopping Fords even if I didn't work for a dealer (hello, Fusion/MKZ).

Say again, did you actually BUY a Tracer?

yea,, it was based on the mazda protege..(remember those)..
this lil tracer w/ it's 96hp 5 speed was such a good car.
consistent 30mpg city and 38 or so hwy.. cornered like a go cart
and never broke in all the years and 90K miles i had it.. never had to
do a damn thing to it other than maintenance...
In all honesty it was more fun to drive than any newer ford product i've had
(and the 07 civic i still have)
