Sub Install - 09 se w/sync

I'm sure this topic has been covered before... having trouble finding good info though. If you could help me out or point me in the direction for help that would be great...

I have a 09 se coupe w/sync and no factory sub/amp.
I have a extra kicker sub and old amp sitting around from a previous setup in the mustang. Not higher power, I think the amp is like 300 and the sub is around the same.

How can I put it in the focus? What's all involved?

A line out converter some power cable and a set of RCAs for the amp and speaker cable for the sub. Should be fairly simple I haven't done it yet but I will be upgrading all of the speakers and adding an amp here shortly and eventually a sub.

The loc installs at the speakers outs of the stock head unit an allows u to run your rcas from there to your desired location of where u want to install the amp usually the trunk.
