I'm not exactly mechanically inclined but the directions that come w/ the splash guards SUCK! Gonna try & install em' this weekend

Yeah, those instructions are somewhat.... lacking. Having said that, I installed mine yesterday with minimal effort. You should be fine!

Just to be clear, when you install the splash guards do you have to drill a hold into the body or just into the plastic wheel well liner?

Also, it was a bit unclear on partscheap.com. Do the splash guards come with all the hardware you need to install them?

You drill the hole in the plastic wheel well liner. And yes, all the hardware you need to install them is included.
