**lowrd price**Starter Turbo Kit

What: Starter Turbo kit
For: 00-04 Zetec
**Price: $$$735 obo
Location: Vero Beach, fl

Okay so i have a starter kit that i have had on my car for about 2 years now i puchased all the parts on here, and have put about 13k on them total, didnt drive car much did a motor build in the mean time :) but anyways the kit is not complete so you will need to go out and get some other items to finish it up to be boost'd

*T3 Log style Manifold w/ gasket(needs a wastegate that is 38mm bolt up)
*5 bolt Ford style downpipe (3 o2 bungs weld'd in, 2 for o2 and 1 for wideband)
*2000 intake Mani (port/EGR block off)
*Intercooler pipe kit that has 3 1/2" coldside charge pipe and 2 1/2" hotside
*Greddy type s BOV
*Tap'd oil pan w/ oil return line that i made and T3 turbo oil return flange w/ barb
*Boost/Oil pressure Gauge w/ custom vent gauge pod(let me know what color u want it painted its primered now)

so what you will need to purchase would be these following items

*T3/T4 turbo
*38mm Wastegate
*Intercooler
*Oil feed line w/ restrictor (i use a nitrous jet think its a 66)
*Maf.i.a or SCT and wideand for tuning

all the stuff is set up for a zetec motor i had it in the car with the battery in stock position and it worked out fine the only thing is you might wanna look into removing that stock dual cooling fan cause that thing gets in the way of the turbo i have 2 2 1/2" slim fans mounted on my radiator connected to a relay and toggle switch works just fine
ill also post of more pics later

Bump for my old kit.... I never installed it, but can vouch for the quality of the downpipe, log mani and upper intake with MAF. Downpipe and manifold are rock solid.

how many pounds of boost? or is that a variable because of the parts needed to make the kit complete?

The boost pressure has nothing todo with the kit cause there is no turbo, stock focus shouldn't be pushd further then 10lbs unless u don't want ur motor so to regulate it u would use a external wasregate and a boost controller, not to say u don't know about turbocharging but u should learn some stuff be4 u buy a kit

Svt compatible yes but I don't know about the 2k mani on the svt, I know the tb are located different one is parelel one is horizontal bolt on so if manifold doesn't work on svt be pointless unlesd u wanna buy a new cold pipe w/ maf welded in let me know I don't really wanna part out but I might
