Going to the DFW area..May 20-22

Hey yall,

My wife and I will be spending our anniversy in the DFW area. We will be staying at the Westin DFW over in the Grapevine area. Apparently it is only about 10minutes away from the the Gaylord Texan.

So far the things we want to crame into our ~3 days..
Shopping (wife thing...maybe a little bit me too )
The Sixth floor museme
bass pro shop (sooo much fun)
maybe visit the Gaylord and the 911 memorial thing in grapevine


if you have any suggestions..please let me know...

btw: here is my car...but I haz new plates


look for the Hatch nation and zetec crew decals on the rear windows..

Dallas World Aquarium, close to the Sixth Floor Museum

I would go to Dick's Last Resort restaurant also in that vicinity.

That's if you and your wife have a sense of humor. Good food and crappy attitudes ... fun times.

The Galleria Mall ... though I wouldn't buy much there, definitely a good site to see.

For good shopping ... hit up the Grapevine Mills Mall ... Long Oval Mall with lots in it for good prices.

Maybe throw in sometime to hit up Six Flags over TX.

Catch a ball game at The Ballpark in Arlington.

For the nighttime life:
- Deep Ellum
- Lower Greenville
- (Fort Worth Side) The Stock Yards

We went to 6flags last year..too many people and there is no ballgame

but we are going to Ripleys believe it or not...and to the malls (wifey )

If you were cool you would stay in town for a few hours an hit te dragstrip with some foci. My buddy up there got that 2012 focus for a rental and is taking it to the track

Ripley's is one of those place you go to twice.
The first time to see it and the second time to see things haven't changed since the first time.

FYI, the Gaylord is about 5-10 minutes from the Bass Pro Shop. I took some clients up there and spent My afternoon/evening at BPS.
