New owner 2013 Titanium. Some outstanding mileage!

This is my second full week of ownership. This car came to me with 12000 miles. It sat on the dealers lot for about 2 months with no one looking at it. It was always dirty outside so they weren't cleaning it up for someone to test drive.
I had a Wednesday off so I dropped by the dealer. Told them to clean it up and I'd be back in a couple of hours for a test drive. After the drive I was pretty sure I'd buy the car if my trade brought what I needed.
The test drive was an hour so when I got back to the dealer my salesman was with another customer. The manager who happens to be a neighbor took care of me. He gave almost twice what my car was worth and the out the door price. This all took about 20 minutes. We shook and it was a done deal.

After two weeks I couldn't be happier. My Ford Touch, I like it. So far the automatic is fine. On my third tank the mileage was 40.2 per driving 2 lane at 58 with the cruise on and there was in town driving also. A sweet looking pearl white ride with the Sony, 8 inch touch screen, navi, comfy seats and great handling. That's pretty sweet. Happy Fourth of July.

You're gonna love it! I've had my '13 SE automatic for over 4 months and kept track of every drop of gas that's gone into it. So far, the overall average is 33.9 and highway is around 39.0 with some stop-and-go and 70-75 mph speeds.

The seats (cloth) were one of reasons I bought it. Mine is a stripper - I had the dealership search for it because I didn't want any of the optional electronics (just a personal thing...). I've taken several road trips in it and found that the seats are very supportive without being too firm. I'm basically a VW guy, so I pretty much won't buy anything else that doesn't have great seating.

I'm a Vdub guy also. I've had 4 with the last one a Passat. That was a great car. While the Focus build quality isn't quite as high as the Passat it's close. My Titanium has the non power cloth seats but has the top electronics package so it's a lower end Titanium with an upgrade. I'm digging the Sync and My Ford Touch I don't see the problem some are having with the new version. I was lucky to find it equipped pretty much how I wanted one. It handles great and the mileage looks like it's going to be very good. My boy racer days are over but this is a very good running car and it's nice to have a little speed if you need it. The car is comfortable, smooth, quiet and looks great. What more can you ask. Looks like we're both happy campers. All the best. Sanford12

I just wanted to say that your photograph of your car is the one that I go back to every day... and stare at... because that's what mine is going to look like in 4-6 weeks! :)

Wow, that seems like an ideal buyer experience. I'm interested to see if your car develops any issues with the DCT or MFT after some time. Seems so strange as it is a 2013 with so many miles and 2 months of being parked. Great looking combo though. Congratulations!

The pearl white is a nice color that I think really goes well with the body style. I was going for black or the white and this used white Focus jumped out and said buy me. The car is making me a believer. So far I love it and I hope you enjoy yours. Sucks waiting doesn't it?

Not as strange as my mistake with the header. I hit the 3 instead of the 2. It's a 2012.
