... I've never understood what people see in these thing. Yeah they are rare thus increasing the price but damn, not worth it. It looks like this could easily be constructed

lol, ouch dude... wow! you blew this out of proportion big time! And money doesn't buy taste btw. Things hold value only cause we impose it upon them... i just wanted to know why people dig on these things (300+ for a grill is crazy). Is it the rarity? Lol, and I am working on my own "grill", don't worry... I'll be showing it here soon.

BTW, read it again... ^ I never called it cheap or questioned its quality.

It's expensive because Hofele makes grilles like this:



It just so happens when they made a super high quality grille for the focus, it ended up being only 16 inches wide and 3 inches high... So you pay mostly for the name and genuine quality, as opposed to a fully transformed front end like the Pic.
