just here to say...my camera setup really let me down today.
Woke up to a tip on FB that there were ~50 bald eagles hanging out at a pond about 30 minutes outside of town. Drove out there and there were probably two dozen of them hanging out at this half-frozen pond. Full grown and juvenile. I got as close as I could on the railroad tracks, but that wasn't close enough to get any salvageable pictures with my prime lenses. I have NO zoom. Still awesome to see, but I'd like to have some pics...

So, I'll be looking for a zoom before I head to Alaska in July.

These are all eagles in the trees I SWEAR. lol

Anybody have any 10-24 or tokina 11-16 nikon mount lenses near them? I need one asap lol. Also really liking the second picture lyonsroar

Went to Sacramento raceway (1/4 mile drag strip) with my buddy in his srt4. Snapped some pictures and put together a video for him. He ran a 10.7 @ 140mph.

Here are a few of the pictures. The P|K logo/watermark is for him. His screename is pumpking on our local forums (D-SRT on the nationals). All input is welcome (positive or negative).

Its all about position, and usually if you have your car pointed to the right of your photo you want to keep the car towards the left IN the frame, if that makes sense?

This is really the only one that stood out for me and I edited it a little
