The other model I shot a few days ago. The other photographer finally posted his photos, so now I can share.

she has very...... deep eyes. I like it though Ray :)

been awhile but I finally got some batteries in my camera. Actually surprised how this came out. All I did was bump up contrast and saturation by 2 or 3 notches (in paint.net) used P mode on the camera (don't remember what that was for again) and fill flash. I like what the flash did to the front end anyway.

edit: few more, why not

P stands for "Program" and I understand it gives you a bit of control on Shutter and Aperture ... but also helps you.

I believe it figures the scene and lets you dial safely with out over or under exposing your scene.

Right that's what it means, ok. I usually use it on Program. Tried Aperture, Shutter and Manual Priorities but there's always one drawback of each that bugs me.

I bought this thing because from everything I read, the lens actually MANUALLY focused as in rotating the lens. Nah, big lie..... terrible focusing with Manual mode. oh well. It's been a good camera, has lasted longer so far (still have it though) than my old kodak easyshare point n shoot. Took 10k pictures in one year with it. Didn't like me too much after that

lol ... that's actually pretty bad if 10K pictures broke the camera or slowed the camera down.

Most P&Ss can handle at least 30-40K clicks.

Maybe that's why Kodak stopped production.

I used the landscape option on mine to take all those photos on the previous page those are hands down my all time favorite shots then I turned on macro focus for the up close shot of the grille. Usually that camera with out flash is very blurry but in the landscape mode with or with out macro it don,t flash but the pics came out amazing even at sunset. But after it got dark it was all over.

"Stole" the 35mm f/1.8 lens from work and took it with me on my trip to O.C. I'm really digging the sharpness and narrow DOF, but I don't think it's a good focal length for me. I found myself always either wanting to back up a lot or move in closer.

Here's a few more from that set plus the grille shot I mentioned above. It just seemed like it took the natural light and used it to it's full advantage.

huh I didnt know they did...

it still takes pictures and is my primary video camera but usually there's a few times when I will click and the whole thing just shuts off.

Kodak completely went under they just closed their door a couple months ago. They said they just couldn't keep up with the technology of the camera world.
