Nice lighting! A little dark at the rear of the car and front splitter, but overall good composition and lighting.

Did you have lights or natural available light?

Thanks!
All I had was natural. I used a speedlight on a few, but not this one.
I'm actually not even sure if I used any of those.

Here are a few more from today.
Feel free to stalk his car on Flickr. Its an amazing STi.

I've been meaning to do a few tests with my 5D Mk II, and finally got a chance a couple nights ago. The sky cleared up over Hampton Beach, so I aimed the viewfinder at Orion to see what the low light capabilities of this bad boy are. Unfortunately this lens only opens up to f/4, so eventually I'm going to head back and try another shot with either my 50 f/1.8 or my 85 f/1.8.

At ISO 1600 the noise is noticeable but reasonable. And who would have thought you'd see so many stars at f/4? If you look closely, you can faintly see the Milky Way almost dead center of the photo, extending from the bottom to the top.

I think I'll keep the camera, even though the 5D Mk III might be out soon :)

While in this specific photo there are some moderate shadows, I'd say this is ideal lighting. I love overcast days. The only reason this didn't come out perfect, imo, is because you're so close to tall buildings. Those guys are stealing all your diffuse lighting!

Regardless, I think these came out great. Nice job!

According to the EXIF, they were shot with a D3000 using a 55.0-200.0 mm f/4.0-5.6 lens.

Good looks.

How do you check EXIF data again? I always forget. Other than on Flickr when it says what camera was used on the right side of the pic lol.
