been awhile since my last post. i upgraded camera i gave my d3000 to my wife and picked up a d90 its makes a big difference. took this photos Saturday house fire at my moms during my visit. grabbed my d90 w 12-24mm lens and went. Good news Homeowers (mother and son) made it out fine but their dogs were in a cage in the room the fire started and didnt get out.

an old school Porsche from last weekend at monterey. left my cpl at home. fml.

but I'm not sure which version I like better. the top one kind of reminds me of the movie "Pleasantville" lol

Got to play with a nifty 50 today, and also got Lightroom3(and CS5 tomorrow!), and went out for a little shoot, first one I've done with this camera and my car not being broken. I really need to take some classes, not really getting what I'm hoping for, but at least I'm having fun. My buddy Brad brought his big ass EOS 70D, making my little XTi look like his small, retarded cousin, lol.

I'll post a pic or two once I figure my way around LR. Really enjoying this new editing flexibility, though. Good stuff, indeed!

take a class it'll help I signed up for one too end of this month, I still don't know what half the shit on my camera does and Lightroom FTW!
