I don't really know what I'm doing with Paint.net, but I think I'm doing okay, so far. Just playing with curves, brightness/contrast and the like, not messing with the mouse for any precision work, so nothing but cropping is worth a damn. Anywho, I tried to make these better looking, hopefully Y'all like em

Definitely dig the first shot J. That second shot ... hmm ... for me it's missing something. The composition is off somehow, but I can't really put my finger on it.

To my eyes, it feels a bit incomplete.

But nice job with the clean photos. I am liking the flares of the lights with the lens you are using.

Thanks, guys.

I think maybe the sky is too light or something. I'm sure there's more, but I'm kinda just fumbling My way around and seeing what does what. I'll try to avoid the big red button marked "Self Destruct", lol.

How's this?

I think there's a sense of unbalance with everything being off to the left. Not knockin' the photo, just sayin'.

^^ That and probably because the city is in the center vertically as well, being in the center of the horizontal rule of thirds.

Colors weren't the issue J, really just composition.

I like how its off center...shows the road in the back round and train tracks/bridge in the foreground as a means of reaching the city
