Regarding the XS. Don't go above ISO 400 or you'll see it. The Rebel doesn't handle high ISO well at all. If you feel like your camera feels a little light and cheap-plasticey I suggest you get a BGE5 battery grip. Gives the camera a whole new feel. All I've got for lenses are the 18-55mm kit lens and the 50mm f1.8. The 50mm rarely ever leaves my camera, it's that sharp. Great value.

I've never used the B&W setting in camera before. All post.

50mm...something something something. Lol. You can see the exif from flickr BTW. Should be an option at the top. I'm on an iPhone so I can't see it either.

It's a pretty new bridge. A year or two ago maybe. I've lived in Omaha all 19 years of my life.

I'm not sure what you mean by polarized lenses. Polarizing filter? Yes I have a couple different sizes of those. My dad has the 75-300 and I really don't like it. It's a slow lens. When your used to the lightning fast 1.8 it's a change..

Hahaa. Good to see a counciltuckey-ian who knows his place.

I've got a couple friends from there who are in denial...

They dont make filters for bridge cameras do they? Maybe I should, um, try looking.

edit: imagine that... Theres a 52mm adapter for $8 so I can use filters (since I take a lot of car photos, a CPL would be great) or a wide angle lens.

There's like square ones that slide into a holder that attaches to the camera.
