SCT Livelink question

I have not had a laptop for about 2 years. Just loaded Livelink on Win Vista Premium home. It loaded OK (I had to load the USB drivers manually from CD).
Version/update to 4.17
Question: I seem to have 2 versions of Livelink now (2 diff icons on desktop). "Livelink" = version 4.0.17.0
"Live Link 3" = version 3.1.33.0

Do I need both?

Also

I have Xcal2 (SF2?). I checked for updates and could find nothing for the Xcal2 on SCT website. Are they under a special section? I did enter my serial number and it took me to chysler/dodge page.

Thanks!!

You don't need both versions, and even the version you have now is old, 6.something is the newest one IIRC.

Should be it.

Ya. I just found them ! What I thought were just graphics were actual buttons to scroll. Since I lost my laptop I have not been on the site.
I am running Vista64 (just learned that while livelink 6.0 was loading). It said it installed drivers. There is separate download for JUST the drivers. It does not say of these are 64bit or not. Also not sure about updating the Xcal2 software. Old stuff worked good for me, so wonder if there is any real benefit.

Thanks BTW!

Add >> Well, Guess it did load the drivers automagically!
