TeamFocalize Lead Team Decision
I am glad to see that TeamFocalize is moving forward.

With my lead position to move this team forward, I decided to say that I needed 2 more people to become part of the Lead Team as my right/left hand support and decision goto members.

I evaluated everyone within the Houston members and talking to many of you offsite.

With much deliberation, I came to a decision of 2 members to stand in the lead team and help us move forward.

I also had a meeting with Chuck and Matt and discussed this with them as well.

Since it was their first initiative to create the team, I felt was only fair to have them sit with me to hear my concerns and reasons to the decisions that were made.

Okay ... enough talk ... the Decisions

The 2 lead team members will be : ...


Pattucular (Pat) and VonKrause (Justin).


Matt will be our main Web, Ad provider and maintenance and will also be the 3rd member under Pat and Justin as a team lead support member.


I went through alot of evaluations and meticulous reviews and thoughts to come up with this decision through the past week.

I congratulate Pat and Justin and I feel very confident that the 2 of them along with Myself and Matt will move the team in direction that will help us grow as one.
