What exactly is the pricing on z plan? Is it invoice.....x% above invoice......x% below invoice? Is there additional savings?

If I remember right Z Plan is 3% below invoice, I'd have to check that to be sure on the percentage. It's the best plan out there besides A (same).

Other savings is no D & H. Also if you order a car your last name is put on the window sticker.

Are you familiar with AAFES Overseas Buying Program? Is it a better deal than Costco, X-plan, etc? I have a Titanium Hatch on order via that program with 401A, Exterior protection package and winter package for $23,570, delivered and prepped in Anchorage.

They are better priced than X-Plan for sure. I'd keep that deal.

Correct, depends on the dealer. If you finance the vehicle they legally have to collect tax for your state. If you pay cash it's up to the dealer.
