Good luck buying a ST.
You proved nothing about the MSRP, in fact you lied again. I am not the ones making up lies about AWD or the moonroof, that's what the salesman told me.

Maybe you should read my original post, cause you aren't reading it right.

My understanding is that there has not been an OEM Focus with AWD, ever. This is the only dealer in town who has an ST, but I don't think that I will buy from them, they seem like a "shady-rip-off" company to do business with. I am really considering the ST, however there is not a reputable place in town where I would buy one from. Phil Long Ford needs a kick in the ass

I just read through a few comments that you posted and can see your point. However you should also realize that "Robert" was the one who made those comments and not imccrea (Ira). Since all was done verbally over the phone its really hard to prove what was discussed. Like most dealers I've spoken to, its extremely rare to see a salesperson like imccrea who specializes in the Focus. The majority of the ones I spoke to will know a little bit about every model and just enough answer your basic questions.

That said, I would suggest to imccrea to give this Robert a call and explain to him the facts behind the Focus so that problems like this are avoided in the future.

Do you know what the deal is with the C-Max Hybrid?

Ira,

I'm thinking about the C-Max hybrid, but despite the good press I've read, I'd like to drive one first to see if it works for me. It has to be good to overwhelm the part of me that wants a ST...

The problem is that I can't get any of my local dealers to give me a straight answer on anything. I suspect they simply don't know anything and aren't too motivated to find out. And don't even try them about the Energi...

I'm in Savannah (31401), and I've noticed from the Ford website that several local dealers have cars on order. Is there a way to determine from the window stickers online when those cars will arrive and if they have already been purchased (or might be available for test drives...)

Or do you know anything about availability on this end of the country?

Thanks in advance.

I can track anything in my inventory, unfortunately all I can do is compare my 'invoice date' to something in your area. New vehicle releases are tough to track because Ford holds the first batch for QC and the eta dates have already passed. I think we will be seeing them within a week or two but it's hard to say based on Ford's current information.

That is probably not very helpful but I'd say if there isn't one on the lot by end of Sept I'd be shocked.

Hello all! First post here.

I've been considering a Dart or a Focus. I'm leaning more toward the Focus because of the gas mileage, and I actually like the styling a little better.

This will be my first real car purchase. I like the Titanium package (does it come standard with the Navigation?). How do I get the best price on my new Ford Focus? Is it possible to drive off the lot with no down payment using incentives? What about if my wife co-signs?

Help out a first time car buyer! :)

Go to ford.com get an idea on options on the vehicle. Navigation is not standard on the Titanium, also for pricing go to edmunds.com

As Nik said no navi, I'd check out truecar.com. Also you can drive off with $0 down but Ford will match your down payment up to $500 if you are a first time buyer.

If wife has good credit it will help out on rate.
