Well if you told them you were just test driving for fun they're probably calling because that is how we make a living. Spending 45 minutes with someone who never intends to buy something can put us off and the bad guys will blow your phone up.

I don't really take floor customers I just take phone calls and internet calls so it's a little different. Just tell him/her you bought elsewhere and you'll be fine.

Are the incentives from Ford to customers like coupons? Does the dealer turn them into Ford and get reimbursed or does the dealer lose the amount of the incentive as the costs of selling a car?

somewhat we turn in the incentive through the computer and Ford reimburses us all at once.

Ford Motor Company gives us the money it does not show as a loss unless the customer pays off early if they finance through FMC.

Depending on your region there is up to $2,000 in incentives on the Focus, just have to check your local dealer.
