Motor rebuild torque specs

Ok, so I did use the search button came up with bits and peices but nothing solid.

I am rebuilding my motor and need pretty much a full list of torque specs. I have a haynes manual but I don't trust those specs about as much as I would trust a man in a black panel van with candy.

Any help?

Thank you sir.... that most certainly did not show up on the search lol

EDIT: except it is missing several specs one would need for internals.

RE-EDIT: you are right my friend I'm rebuilding the block with main studs so I won't need that spec anyway.

Also don't forget to double check what measurements system you are using. I easily confuse in/lbs with ft/lbs. and stripped and broke a bolt when doing my cams. But I do see that each is listed next to each other so that should help greatly. I wish I had this info a few months ago lol.

I'm downloading a factory manual now, there is not much I need to know, only thing I have not had apart on this car before is the block. Everything else I have had down to is knickers.

This is straight from the ford workshop manual:

1. Tighten the main bearing and connecting rod bearing bolts.
Tighten the main bearing bolts in two stages.
Stage 1: 25 Nm.
Stage 2: 60 degrees.

2. Tighten the connecting rod bearing bolts in two stages.
Stage 1: 35 Nm.
Stage 2: 90 degrees

Funny, I just took my SVT engine apart yesterday.
