Thanks guys.
i believe the track space is about 27' feet wide. the owner of this track said he wanted to double the tarmac and widen the actual track. i hope he does it. heh, i do what i can with the stock suspension. my tires rub sometimes, and they are stock size street tires. it's night and day with the frpp kit i have on my zx3 and the 70k miles suspension that's on the svt. can't wait for coils.

This is my video from yesterday. I took my MR2 Turbo out for a change. This was with the Central Kentucky Region SCCA.

Yea they were. This was my first time running with the Central Kentucky Region. I was told this is a big, quick "national style" course and it was a lot of fun. I definitely banged off the rev limiter in 2nd gear at the finish almost every run.

Doing O.K. in PAX this year even on 340 treadwear off brand all-seasons. 16 out of 64 first event and 19 out of 97 last Sunday. Video of past weekends course, managed to get out of first gear this time.

Autocross I believe is a balancing act between shortest distance and an opinion of best line. That said, and not actually walking the course, the first long left turn I would most likely kept alot tighter and still made it constant radius. Trying to double apex of the two cones with pointers next to them.

In our region, we have one or two events per year at a local college, and the courses are so tight that the SVTF stays in its tall 1st gear for most of the course (25-40mph). Most cars with better gearing for the typical autocross course are stuck bouncing between first and second on tight courses like that.
