A good driver doesn't swerve while receiving oral sex.
A good driver knows when and when not to pass on the shoulder.
A good focus driver can race a honda from a red light in a 5-speed with hands casually folded on the top of his/her head.
A good driver can maintain speed without swerving while hitting/passing a blunt with a cop behind him/her.
A good driver uses the FAST LANE TO DRIVE FASTER THAN OTHER DRIVERS!!!

BTW: I'm a good driver.

So there you have it guys

Keep 'em coming!

By the way, i bet all of you guys think you a good driver...

But there's still lots to learn, especially when you think you've learned everything, something happens on the road that throws everything you've learned out the window.

A good driver uses an alert stance. A good driver scoots over when someone is following too close. A good driver knows where all other cars are in relation to his/har car. A good driver uses the mirrors religiously. A good driver knows the boundaries of the automobile.

a good driver doesn't have close calls because of they way they are driving!! a good driver does not go more than 5 or 10 mph faster than the traffic around them. A good driver follows all the basic rules of the road. Especially around traffic or people. A good driver is one who doesn't think they have learned all about driving skills without going to a profesional driving school. A good driver knows there car and its capabilities, but doesn't feel a need to use the full potential all the time. Good driving is not an accident. It takes work and courtesy and thoughtfulness of your part.

gthang, hopefull you started this thread so you can broaden your knowlage of driving thru others perspectives, and not to justify your driving. Your driving record speaks for itself.

Well... by my own definitions, I am not a bad driver, so where does that leave me?

If you are learning the right things, they build upon each other, and there will never be a need to throw it all out the window. What are you trying to say there?

A good driver accelerates onto the interstate instead of poking along looking for a mile wide opening.
A good driver can bark at least 3rd gear in their focus!! 4th gear is for great drivers...lol
A good driver can sneeze without blinking, and cough without farting.
A good driver does not drive with either leg folded under them in the seat (Ladies!!!).
A good passenger does not gag when I hit bumps on the road!
A good driver only runs red lights when no one is looking.
A good driver turns his/her stereo up loud enough so people without stereos in their car can enjoy some music.
A courtious driver rolls down the windows after farting and rolls up the windows when smoking chronic.
A good driver does not hit mailboxes while driving drunk.

a good driver should just be cautious and not only look out for themselves but for others around them who may not be as cautious as you may be
